Hello.. c’est un bon produit mais il ne me fait pas le même effet à tous les soirs, certains soir j’ai plus de difficultés à m’endormir avec le même dosage 0.40 à 0.50 ml ça dépend peut être de mon état d’esprit..ou pas le bon produit je fais des essais, mais bon je vais continuer à le prendre vue le prix je vais pas en gaspillé 😊
